ARTISTS' STATEMENT

Key to my practice is observation and interaction. I am interested in how
my work relates to an audience, through investigating the nature of the
encounter and the notion of “I’. The self or ‘I’, I employ as an artist
not being some essential spark or autobiography but the 'I' of accumulated
experience, knowledge and interface with environment and society. How my
subjectivity can interact with site and situation to related beyond
myself. Creating various relationships to an audience through
documentations of actions; interventions, dialogical provocations,
observations and performative workings.
